For 30 years I worked on international security, Middle East, and nuclear weapons issues for the American Academy of Arts and Sciences in Boston (1982-2000) and the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs (2000-2010) in Washington, DC.
I now live in Columbia, Maryland and do freelance writing on topics ranging from Cuba and Shakespeare to sports and public policy. I play competitive USTA tennis as well as golf, and visit family and friends as often as possible. Attached below is my two-page CV for more information.
